Cancellation & Refund Policy


Hoysala Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd (HTTPL) is only a booking agent and with regards to cancellation, the policies of respective service provider is applied. Unless specified otherwise in the tariff or at the time of confirmation, payment of the cancellation charges as per policy of the supplier agency is obligatory. All cancellations must be intimated to us in writing. Any cancellation of a guaranteed/ confirmed reservation will attract a minimum one night charge, with or without administrative charges. Any change of booking within 3 working days is considered as cancellation.


Requests for refund should be made in writing within 14 days after the scheduled completion of the services. Refund requests for curtailed stays cannot be processed unless provided with supporting documentary evidence from the supplier. Any claims for refund are governed by the policy and guide lines of the concerned service provider. The supplier reserves the right to decide the quantum of refund and charge an administrative fee where necessary.

As there are multiple suppliers involved we can not have a specific or uniform refund policy. Refunds are processed as per supplier cancellation policy specific to the booked service. Our service charges (Transaction fee, consultation fee, admin fee, processing fee, professional fee, convenience fee, etc) collected are non refundable. 

Refunds are made only after receiving the same from our suppliers. No refund can be given without this. No refunds on partially un-utilized services and no-shows. Groups - 10 pax or more traveling together constitute a group. Group booking/ cancellation and refund policy are different from those of FIT travelers.
