www.hoysalatours.in is the web site of Hoysala Tours and Travels Private Limited, referred to hereafter as HTTPL, with its registered office in Bangalore.

Web pages are developed only with a view to give ready access to hotels and package holidays. It is not, in any way or to any extent, intended to give an impression that HTTPL is an authorized agent or GSA for any of the service providing agencies involved.

Information given in the web site is verified and updated periodically by HTTPL. It is understood that the viewer has gone through the information provided therein and has arrived at a decision to go ahead with the booking.

HTTPL cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused because of the short fall in the services provided by the service provider. Our packages are designed to give flexibility to suit the purse and purpose of our clients. 

FIT accommodations, transport arrangements where required and optional tours are the main components of any holiday package. Booking of any one or more of these components signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions stated therein.

Rates quoted are subject to revision without notice. HTTPL reserves the right to pass on any increase in rates caused by the changes in local, state, or federal taxes. At times, due to high occupancy, hotels may not apply contracted rates. In such instances, applicable rates will be quoted.

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents and information pertaining to laws and customs of their destination. HTTPL is not responsible for any charges, fees or penalties that subsequently may be imposed by any government agency or for charges incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.

Child policy:

Child policy varies from hotel to hotel. At the time of booking, the number of children accompanying parents should be clearly specified along with details of their age to avoid any embarrassing situation at the time of check-in.

Check in/Check out time:

Check-in and check-out timings vary from hotel to hotel. If client arrives at the hotel before the check-in time and needs accommodation immediately on arrival, the room should be booked from the previous night. If client wishes to depart after the check-out time, the hotel / resort is entitled to collect additional charges as per their rules, directly from the client.

Complaints / Comments:

It is imperative that any complaints regarding services not provided as per contract are immediately lodged with the provider agency (Hotel/ Transport agency) with a copy to us to initiate appropriate action.

Payments:

Pre-payment in full for all services should be made to HTTPL by prescribed option.

Cancellation:

Unless specified otherwise in the tariff or at the time of confirmation, payment of the cancellation charges as per policy of the supplier agency is obligatory. All cancellations must be intimated to us in writing. Any cancellation of a guaranteed/ confirmed reservation will attract a minimum one night charge, with or without administrative charges. Any change of booking within 3 working days is considered as cancellation.

Refunds:

Requests for refund should be made in writing within 14 days after the scheduled completion of the services. Refund requests for curtailed stays cannot be processed unless provided with supporting documentary evidence from the supplier. Any claims for refund are governed by the policy and guide lines of the concerned service provider. The supplier reserves the right to decide the quantum of refund and charge an administrative fee where necessary.

Refunds are made only after receiving the same from our suppliers. No refund can be given without this. No refunds on partially un-utilized services and no-shows. Groups 10 pax or more traveling together constitute a group. Group booking/ cancellation and refund policy are different from those for FIT travelers.

Responsibility:

It is understood that, HTTPL acts as only an agent of the various services providers involved. As such, it cannot be held responsible for delay or any change in the itinerary necessitated by flight delays, heavy rain, floods, traffic jams, etc.,. and any loss, injury or damage caused by fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment or vehicles, or strikes, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines etc. and consequent extra expense the passenger may have to incur as a result of any of the forgoing causes.

Further, HTTPL does not operate, own or control any means of transportation, sightseeing and accommodation and therefore cannot assume any liability in case of injury loss, damage, delay or accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused by defect of any supplier or for any reason whatsoever, or through acts of default of any supplier or company or person engaged in providing the services.

Accuracy:

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information at the time of uploading the site, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the arrangements featured in this web site should we find such alternatives necessary. We will of course do our best to inform you of changes, but prices may be subject to change without notice as well as ownership.

The details and information included in the tariff are subject to change and HTTPL cannot be held liable for any, loss, disappointment, or other damage caused thereby.
